Happy Monday everyone:) Rates have maintained over the weekend!! Some lenders have even gotten better today:) Rates on Conventional are currently as low as 4.5% on a 30yr!!! Remeber that credit score and loan to value all have an affect on your final rate!!! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and your current loan or a new loan!!! I am here to get is approved so you can but that dream house:) So many programs to choose from and rates are AMAZING!!!!!

Rates are a ultimate low. Now is the perfect time to purchase or refinance! Rates as of Friday are as low as 4.5%.
